    The logistical process of the mobilization is crucial to the successful operation of the contract, co-ordination and control being key elements of this. The planning and ordering procedures will be co-ordinated from camp by the Project Team.

    Our Operations team provides continued support to our Project and Camp Managers in the daily running of client-contracted, including the development of our business through the monitoring of our services, standards, personnel and resources.
